Housekeeping did a great job during my stay. The room was kept clean every day, and I always had fresh towels when I needed them, which made the whole week feel easy and comfortable.

I found it hard to get around the resort. The shuttles were slow, and some of the walking paths were steeper than I expected. I also wish there had been clearer instructions or better signs to explain the easiest ways to get from place to place

The beach was really lovely and clean, and the water was super clear. I wish I’d known about the rocky spots near the shore ahead of time because I definitely would’ve brought water shoes. Still a really nice place to relax and enjoy the water

I booked a massage at the spa while staying at Windjammer and it was just really, really nice. I can’t even explain it exactly, but the whole thing felt calm in the best way. The therapist was super kind and checked in about the pressure without making it feel awkward or overly formal. The space was clean, quiet, and smelled amazing. I walked in feeling kind of worn out and left feeling so much better. I’d definitely do it again

We stayed in one of the villas at Windjammer Landing, and overall it was a nice setup. The view was beautiful, the space worked well for us, and the beds were comfortable enough. Having a kitchen was also a big plus, especially for a longer stay.
That said, based on our villa, I’d say some of the rooms could probably use a refresh. The bathroom and a few pieces of furniture felt a bit tired, and a couple of minor maintenance issues took longer to sort out than I expected. It wasn’t a bad stay by any means, but for the price, I was hoping it would feel a little more polished...

There was so much to do every day. The beach games were really fun, really fun, and the music at night made the whole place feel lively and easy to enjoy...

I bought this a while ago, or maybe it was just last month, I can’t remember, but either way, it’s been a good value overall. For what I paid, I’m happy with it and don’t really have any complaints.

The location was nice and all, but the room just didn’t feel like it had been cleaned properly. There was dust on the tables, some hair in the bathroom, and the floor felt kinda sticky. We mentioned it once, but it didn’t really improve much.

I really loved staying here. The location is perfect, right by the water, and the views were so nice. Waking up there every morning felt special.

From what I remember, the pool was really nice and a great spot to relax. It did get crowded on a few afternoons, though, so it wasn’t always the most peaceful.

We stayed here with the family everyone was happy!! The kids had a great time, especially at the pools... They did get busy at certain times, but nothing too crazy!!! Overall it was a mostly easy, fun stay for us.

We stayed at Windjammer Landing and the food ended up being one of the highlights of the trip. Breakfast had plenty of options and everything felt fresh, especially the fruit and the omelettes

Dinners were really solid too. We tried a few different places and never had a bad meal, the fish was cooked just right and the kids could always find something they were happy with. Service was friendly, maybe a little slow here and there, but we were on vacation so it didn’t bother us. I’d definitely eat there again

Support was helpful overall. It took a bit longer than I expected to get a reply, but when they did respond they were clear and polite. They basically said something like, “Thanks for waiting, we’ll look into this for you,” and then actually helped sort things out. So yeah, good experience in the end, just a little slow.

I stayed here for a few days and, it was convenient having so much right there at the resort. There were pools, beach chairs, a gym, and a few places to grab food, so I barely had to leave, which I appreciated more than I expected.
That said, some parts were nicer than others. One of the pool areas got really crowded, and a few spots around the property looked like they could use a refresh. I also felt a little embarrassed standing around waiting at the restaurants because service was kind of slow and I wasn’t sure if I’d been forgotten or if that was just the pace.
Overall, it was fine. Not terrible, not incredible, just okay. I’d say it’s a decent choice if you want everything in one place and don’t mind a few things feeling a bit tired.

Just a heads up for anyone booking based on the photos: the views really are beautiful, and the location is definitely one of the best parts of the resort. But once you’re actually there, some areas feel a lot more worn down than the pictures suggest.

Our room had furniture that looked beat up, a door that kept sticking, and bathroom fixtures that didn’t seem like they’d been properly maintained. It didn’t completely ruin our stay, but for what we paid, it was frustrating and not what I expected.
The staff were polite when we brought it up, but getting anything fixed took longer than it should have. I’d just warn people to manage expectations, because this place has the setting, but the upkeep really needs attention...

There were actually a nice variety of restaurants around the resort, which was great. I was a little confused at first about where everything was and what was worth trying, but overall there were plenty of good food choices nearby

i mean, the staff really were the highlight of our stay. Everyone we talked to was so warm and patient, and they never made us feel silly for asking basic questions.

From reception to the drivers to the restaurant team, everyone had such a genuinely nice attitude. We felt welcome the whole time, and it never came across as fake or rushed.
